Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts – How You Can Help!
In line with our YMCA mission to serve and support our communities, we’re working together with YMCAs across North Carolina to provide relief to those affected by Hurricane Helene. We will be collecting donations (Winter beanies/hats, gloves, and jackets) and sending them directly to our sister YMCA in the mountains—Williams YMCA of Avery County. This YMCA will distribute the supplies for local relief efforts, ensuring they reach those in need.
The YMCA also has established the Hurricane Helene Relief Fund for financial donations at ymca.org.
